Educational Qualifications: The post of "Secretary" of the Central Government has been held for at least 2 years, or for any post which is not less than the pay scale of the Central Government or the pay scale of the Secretary of the Government of Maharashtra (less than 80,000 /-INR), for at least two years Or has worked for at least five years in the office of the Additional Secretary of the Central Government or the post of Central Government or State Government. Additional Secretary of the Center for Reni government than vetanasreni (.67,000 / -INR to  79,000 / -INR  that any other) is not less than the term of holding at least 5 years are eligible for appointment to such person. However, if all the officers of All India Service were on Central Deputation in the following posts, then their case would be deemed to be,
