Educational Qualification: 01) Central Institute of Fisheries, Nautical and Engineering Training, if there is no Second Vessel Navigation Course in the Second Hand Phishing Mats Tickets issued by Mercantile Marine Account, organized by Monthly Fisheries Training Course and Second Class Master Course, Monkey Captain in the month of Cochin 02) Fishery Shipping Minimum 05 years experience. 3) Knowledge of Konkani (A) Secondary School Certificate Examination or similar (B) Marathi knowledge.      

Age Limit: 45 years on 14th January 2019  [Government employees - 05 years Relaxation]
