Educational Qualifications: The incumbent should have a postgraduate in Journalism/ Mass Communication/ Public Relations & Advertising with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.1)Theoretical & Practical knowledge/skills/aptitude related to mass comm. and media development on development issues.2) Overall professional knowledge and skills required for carrying out media development activities on a national level in development/social sectors.​ 3) Excellent command in the English language with a flair of creative writing and editing. 4) Ability to work with a team 5)Should have knowledge of graphic design 6) Additional skills of script writing for films and visualise and write storyboards on themes for exhibitions, success stories and copywriting for advertisements would be an asset.
